3.2. Prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and include applicable taxes.
3.3. We accept payments via cash on delivery (COD), mobile banking, and online payment gateways.
3.4. In case of payment failure, ShopFast is not responsible for bank or payment processor issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1. We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. Delivery fees vary based on location and order size.
4.3. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, additional charges may apply.

5. Returns & Refunds
5.1. Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet our return eligibility criteria.
5.2. Digital products and services are non-refundable once delivered.
5.3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days.
