1.3. Digital products, services, and perishable goods (e.g., food items) are non-refundable once delivered.

2.2. Upon approval, the item must be returned to our designated address.
2.3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the refund status.
3. Refund Timeline
3.1. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
3.2. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, mobile banking, or store credit).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
4.1. Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or missing accessories will not be refunded.
4.2. Orders canceled after shipment dispatch are not eligible for a refund.
4.3. Any discounted or promotional items may be non-refundable, as per offer terms.
5. Shipping Costs
5.1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a ShopFast error or defective product.
5.2. If a refund is approved, the shipping cost (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
